It is another sunny day here in Minehead and if I had the chance would be out walking on North Hill, which sits just above the town, there are various routes to get on North Hill, you can follow the South West Coast Path route from the Harbour or start from another point in the town. The views from North Hill are stunning, you can view the Welsh coastline one way or the stunning panorama of Exmoor.
If you have not been on a walking holiday in Minehead, West Somerset you will be very surprised, many visitors say Minehead and Exmoor is the hidden gem of the South West, why not come and find out for yourself.

Bank holiday over, half term for kids and the sun is coming out, why not visit Minehead for a day trip or stay for a few nights, come and enjoy our fantastic scenery that surrounds Minehead, you have Exmoor on your doorstep and the Quantock Hills a short drive away.

The weather has been great for the bank holiday weekend in Minehead, visitors enjoyed walking along the sandy beach and taking a ride on the West Somerset Railway.
The weather was perfect for visitors that had come to Minehead for a cycling or walking weekend, they were able to explore the miles of tracks and paths that are accessible from Minehead.
